Pranab Mukherjee's claim on ISI signature -sign of Parkinson/ Alzheimer disease?
Here
is a different third signature of Mukherjee while appointing Amartya
Sen as Chairman of Nalanda Mentor group in June,2007 confirming to
speculation that Mukherjee may be suffering from neurological problems
ruling out his nomination on this count itself.
There are only three samples of signature available with the writer. In
fact, different documents will suggest his signature obviously does not
tally. Sangma's team has filed a written complaint with the Election
Commission of India on 9th July along with a 12 page report by a
forensic expert to claim that the two signatures are not from same
person and have sought re-scrutiny of Mukherjee's nomination papers.
Even if Mukherjee manages the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, the matter will
go to the Supreme Court and this will be unprecedented that a complaint
of forgery will be found to be correct against the highest occupant of
the Republic.
Though,
Mukherjee has clarified that the ISI signature is in his own
handwriting and the ISI has come up with bizarre explanation that
Mukherjee's each signature for last 4 years had same signature. But,
that also exposes inconsistency of Pranab Mukherjee. How does Dada
maintain consistency in signing differently for different institutions?
Does a senior Executive Officer of the country have liberty to maintain
dozens of signatures in official capacity? In such a situation,
obviously there will be doubt over his neurological fitness and his each
signature has to be attested by a gazetted officer in wose presence
Pranab Babu signs documents. Can such a man be elevated to the chair of
President of the Republic?
Reliable
sources have mentioned that the ISI signature and varied signatures are
not done by Mukherjee himself but his chronic Adviser, the lady with
the red tag. Since, the nomination for the President's Post was to be
done in his own handwriting, the glaring imposter-ity has been exposed .
But,
there is a perfect match in persona with a rising Congress star.The
most vocal Congress spokesperson on the issue of Presidential election
from the Congress Party is Manish Tiwari. He is eloquent and
intelligent like Pranab Dada. The Congress has begot Pranab Mukherjee Junior.
His rise will catapult him to the same stature that Pranab Mukherjee gained within Congress Party at a very young age. Many
even refer to resemblance in the faces of two leaders to claim that
Manish Tiwari is the rightful successor to Pranab Babu's vacant position
in the Congress Party. This will relieve many of us from the James
Joycian and Derderian world of strange appearances. Mortal human beings
have individual signature of life. Mukherjee too has some. He was
indicted for forgery of file notings as a Minister of state during
Emergency period. Forging documents are the perennial signature of the
mighty, though Almighty never forge the signature of genetic
continuum!!
