Uma Bharti to begin her campaign tomorrow from Ayodhya

Labels:
Uma BhartiNew Delhi, Apr 10 - After expressing support for L K Advani as the next Prime Minister, Bhartiya Janshakti Party chief Uma Bharti said she will begin her campaign in support of her former party BJP from Ayodhya today.

The firebrand saffron leader, who was one of BJP’s stalwarts spearheading the Ram Janmabhoomi movement, will address a public meeting during which she is expected to emphasise her commitment to construction of Ram Temple there.
Besides UP, Bharti will also campaign in support of BJP candidates in Assam, West Bengal, Orissa, Jammu and Kashmir and Bihar.

Bharti will raise Ram Mandir and law and order issues while campaigning in Uttar Pradesh, and she is likely to rake up the Kashmir issue in the border state.

She will also focus on corruption, good governance and terrorism during her campaigning in support of her former party candidates.

Party sources said illegal infiltration of Bangaldeshis to India will be the main agenda of Bharti’s poll meetings in Assam.

Bharti, who was expelled from BJP after raising a revolt against Advani, had recently expressed her support to make the senior BJP leader the next Prime Minister.
