Dehra Dun, The Uttarakhand Kranti Dal (UKD) is still undecided on whether to continue support to the BJP or pull out from it.
Senior leaders from both the parties have held a series of meetings to iron out differences and discuss poll prospects ahead of the Lok Sabha elections in the state but chances of a tie up appears to be a struggling issue.
The UKD is presently the alliance partner of the BJP led government and one of its legislators, Diwaker Bhatt, holds the rank of a cabinet minister.
The regional outfit had played an instrumental role in the formation of the Khanduri government with three of its MLAs but relations soured after several issues in its agenda were reportedly overlooked.
The rift also widened after the BJPs announcement to field its own candidates for all five Lok Sabha seats from the state and non-implementation of the nine-point charter of demands which was agreed upon by both the parties before the formation of the Khanduri government.
